With the installation of its own equipment in Vienna and Frankfurt, Telesmart has become first Macedonian wholesale operator present in one of the biggest European telecommunication nodes.

From March 2010 Telesmart is present in numerous European countries and has links to the biggest telecommunication nodes: Vienna (Interxion) and Frankfurt (Itenos) as well as nodes in Ljubljana, Zagreb, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Pristina, Skopje, Budapest, Temisvar, Sofia…
